If there’s an object you work with frequently, or one you just want to remember, you can add that object to your list of favorite so you can find it quickly. A Favorite can be any object of any Object Type, Status, or Region. Favorites are per user; no one can see your favorites but you.
Your favorites are indicated in the Browse Objects, Object Preview, and Object Editor with a golden star.
Setting or Removing a Favorite
Clicking the Favorites star in the Object Editor tab or the Object Preview popup (right click any Object name) will add or remove the object from your favorites.
Favorites in the Main Toolbar
To view the favorites, click the Favorites star in the Main Task Toolbar and it will list all your favorites.
Favorites in the Browse Objects
Another way to view your favorites is to turn on the favorites icon in the Browse Objects. This will filter the Browse to only the favorites, but it will also apply every other filter (type, region, statuses, history, etc).
This method is probably the most useful when you already have few Browse Object filters set, and then you add Favorites to drill into only your favorites that are in the filters you already set.
