Tejon Tech provides an online searchable knowledgebase (you're in it now) with dozens of articles organized by Categories and Sections.
You can comment on articles, give us a thumbs up, and request new articles.
Opening a Help Ticket
If you have a technical issue or a question, there are several ways to contact our staff and open a help ticket.
You can open a help ticket by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The email will automatically open a help ticket and notify our support staff. The subject line of the email becomes the subject of the help ticket and the email text becomes the description.
The help icon (?) at the top right of the TejonDB application opens the help website, or you can navigate to it directly at:
Here, you can open a new help ticket and view your previous help tickets in the help website.
Enter your Help Ticket Subject will automatically search the Knowledgebase for articles for possible solutions.
As a Customer Success Consultant works on your trouble ticket, progress emails are automatically sent to you. Progress can also be checked directly in the support website by clicking on the “Check Your Existing Requests” button.
