A key concept within GroverDB is Engagement - the measurement, or weight, of how engaged, or involved, an Object is with your organization. Engagement becomes an easy way to see how plugged in a customer is to your organization, the effectiveness of campaign, or if an event is gaining traction. Nearly every aspect of the Object affects the Object’s Engagement score: its States, its Connections with other Objects, and its attached data.
An Engagement Point can apply for one month, or for as long as the source of the engagement exists. For example, if Mary refers John, then Mary might be awarded 1 Engagement Point for that month. When a price of equipment is used and working for a month, it might receive 1 point for having a State of Active, and 3 points for each Connection indicating it was being used.
The actual Engagement Points for States, Connections, etc are specific to your database.
Any Object’s Engagement history can be viewed in the Object Preview or in the Object Editor.
Objects may be sorted in the Browse view according to Engagement Score.
